Hello, my name is Kaisy Guzman i’m the young entrepreneur of KGG Investments LLC which is a rental business that currently consist of short term arbitrage. Originally founded as a Student Rental Housing Company in 2019, we shifted our portfolio to short term rentals after seeing the huge influx of domestic travelers at the start of COVID-19. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Guaranteed Income for the owner of the property, no worry about tenants defaulting on rent and no ability to evict. My passion for launching this business has rooted from my unrestrained creativity. I love decorating and making things for people. When I found out I could not only use my creativity to make something beautiful but also make a getaway and core memories at the highest quality for somebody through short term spaces I had to take the opportunity.
